Challenge

A 15-year-old business running on a mix of WordPress, spreadsheets, QuickBooks, and institutional memory. Production was tracked on Post-it notes. Online presence was a Webflow site that cost $400/mo to maintain and crawled like a 2010 blog.

Approach

  • Full replatform to Next.js + Tailwind + Supabase (the stack we now deploy for clients).
