Origin
Labs didn't start as an agency. It started as an internal tools team.
We built a full ERP for ourselves: production pipeline, sales CRM, quote engine, QuickBooks integration, payroll, inventory sync across three supplier APIs, customer portal, marketing automation. 40,000+ lines of code. It runs our business every day.
Clients kept asking us to build it for them. Eventually enough asked that we stopped saying no - and Labs is what came out of it.
This site was built on the exact same stack we sell. That's not a coincidence. If you're going to trust us with yours, you should be able to audit ours.

We run our own QuickBooks, our own payroll, our own production schedule, our own inventory sync. When we recommend an automation, we've lived with the consequences.
We ship, then we ship again
No 12-week "discovery" phases with nothing to show. We move fast, commit often, and course-correct in public. Our clients know what's shipping every week.
Honest reads over retainers
If the work isn't delivering, we say so. If you should stop paying us, we'll tell you. The alternative - extending engagements that don't work - is how agencies go out of business slowly.
