How the money works.
Do you require a long-term contract?+
Launch tier is 3 months, Scale is 6 months, Labs tier is 12 months. Projects are fixed scope + milestone-billed.
Is ad spend included?+
No - ad spend is paid directly to Google/Meta. Management fee is separate. Your ad accounts, you keep the data.
Do you offer hourly or time-and-materials?+
Rarely. We prefer fixed retainers or fixed-scope projects so incentives align with outcomes, not hours.
Can we start smaller?+
The honest answer is usually no. Below $3,500/mo the work isn't meaningful and we'd be wasting your money. For tiny engagements, we'll refer you to a freelancer we trust.
What does "custom quote" mean?+
If your scope doesn't fit the tiers cleanly, we'll scope it specifically and quote a fixed monthly or project number. No hidden hourly markup.
