One system for quoting, production, and payments.
A Los Angeles manufacturer

The brief
A Los Angeles manufacturer makes custom orders for schools, teams, and other customers. We built the internal platform the business runs on: staff quote in it, the shop works from it, customers approve proofs and pay in it, and team stores feed it new orders. Each order is one record, from the first quote to the final payment.
Quotes, production, invoices, and customer questions lived in spreadsheets, inboxes, and separate apps. Every order meant retyping the same details and answering the same status questions.

Quote and estimate tools
Staff build accurate quotes in one place, and they flow into accounting.

A production board
Every job moves through clear stages the whole team can see.

Staff build the quote in the platform. It goes to the customer and into accounting without retyping.
- 02
Follow-up
If the quote sits open, an agent drafts a follow-up for the team to review and send.
- 03
Proof and payment
The customer approves the proof, pays the invoice online, and asks questions in the portal.
- 04
Production
The approved job lands on the production board and moves through stages the whole team can see.
- 05
Status
Customers check where their order stands in the portal instead of calling to ask.
