FreeThe Operator Audit / 30 minutes
Find out where the booked jobs are leaking.
A free 30-minute teardown of how your business actually gets from a search to booked work. We trace the whole path - website, Google Business Profile, the form, the 4:52pm phone call, the follow-up nobody sent - and write down where it leaks.
Started inside French Press Custom, a Santa Fe Springs production shop operating since 2010 with 4,355+ five-star Google reviews on the parent brand.

The manifest
What we actually look at.
Six checkpoints, in the order a customer hits them. Every one is a place where a booked job can quietly go missing.
The website
What it actually asks a visitor to do. Whether the ask is findable on a phone, whether it loads before they give up, and whether it answers the one question every buyer has: can these people do my job.
Google Business Profile
Categories, photos, reviews, service area, and whether the profile is even claimed. For most local service businesses this surface gets more traffic than the homepage.
The intake path
Form, phone, email, chat — every door a customer can walk through. How many fields, how many steps, and where each submission actually lands on your side.
Response time
What happens when someone calls at 4:52pm on a Friday, or submits the form on a Saturday. Who sees it, when, and how long they wait before someone answers.
Follow-up
Who follows up, when, and how many times. Most leaks are not on the website — they are the quote that went out and nobody ever chased.
Attribution
Whether anyone can say where a booked job came from. If you cannot connect spend to jobs, you cannot decide what to fix — or what to stop paying for.
What you get back
A document, not a sales call.
The output is written down so you can act on it with us, without us, or not at all. No chatbot middleman - a real person reviews it.
A written teardown
What is leaking, in plain language, traced through the actual path a customer takes. Not a template report — findings from your site, your profile, your intake.
A prioritized fix list
What to fix first, what can wait, and what is not worth fixing at all. Ordered by what moves booked work, not by what is easiest to sell.
An honest fit read
Whether Labs is the right crew for any of it. If it is not a fit, we say so and point you somewhere that is. The audit stands on its own either way.

FAQ
The questions people actually ask.
01Is it really free?+
Yes. No invoice, no card, no trial that converts. The audit is how we find businesses worth working with - some become clients, most just get a useful document.
02What's the catch?+
The audit is our discovery process. If your leaks match what we build, we will tell you what an engagement would look like. If they do not, the teardown is still yours and we part ways. That's the whole trade.
03Do I have to become a Labs client?+
No. The teardown is written so any competent developer or marketer can act on it. You own the findings outright.
04What do you need from me?+
Your website URL and your service area. That covers most of it. If you want the follow-up and attribution parts to go deeper, a 15-minute call about how leads flow through your shop helps - but it is optional.
05Will you pitch me?+
Only if there is a real fit, and we will say so plainly instead of burying it in the report. If it is not a fit, we say so.
Request the audit

Your website URL and service area is enough to start. We reply within one business day. If it is not a fit, we say so.
